Bylaws – Section 27(c)
Education and Training fund
At the TCRC second quadrennial convention the
delegates approved a change in the TCRC Bylaws and created a fund
which will be utilized for education and training. The education and
training fund will be a five dollars ($5.00) assessment above the
members’ other dues assessments.

– October 2010
Negotiations between Bombardier Transportation and
TCRC Division 660 have proceeded at a steady pace since our initial
meeting with the Company on October 29th of last year. We have met
face to face on 13 separate occasions to date. We are aware that
many of the members are anxious to have a new contract and are
curious as to the length of time this process is taking.

you voted to join the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC). Three
months later 89% of you voted again to form your own General
Committee of Adjustment (GCA). Your strong support has allowed us to
lay the foundation that is necessary for Division 660 to build a
