ratification vote held May 21st , 2011. The percentage of
members casting a ballot was 79.89%. The percentage of YES votes
was 73.71% and the percentage of NO votes was 26.29%.

– October 2010
Negotiations between Bombardier Transportation and
TCRC Division 660 have proceeded at a steady pace since our initial
meeting with the Company on October 29th of last year. We have met
face to face on 13 separate occasions to date. We are aware that
many of the members are anxious to have a new contract and are
curious as to the length of time this process is taking.
